Tomas El Rayess is a systems polymath and curator of living systems. As an integrative thinker he designs regenerative frameworks at the intersection of biology, philosophy, healing arts, and human potential.
Drawing from deep roots in ancestral wisdom, nourishing traditions, modern science, and systems design, Tomas helps individuals and communities regenerate from within. His work bridges vital life systems, body, mind, spirit, and environment to restore health, reawaken meaning, and reimagine what it means to thrive.
His gut health work focuses on the main food groups to restore your gut health and metabolism.
Tomás grew up differently than most people. Surviving complex childhood trauma made him seek tools to make sense of his body, soul, and place in the world. He has created a system to bring your soul fully home to your body, refine your values, needs, desires, beliefs and personal practice for an intentional life.
Tomas is the producer and co-director of Beyond Food The Movie (2017). Creator and Host of the Masters of Regeneration Radio podcast on Spotify. Founder and Chairman of Fuego Ancestral Gut Health & Probiotic Provisions, and Wisdom Flavor Studio.
He has traveled the world from age 4 and speaks fluent English, French, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and has a working command of Japanese and Italian.
He is an award-winning international artist, photographer, did his MFA in Multimedia Arts at Nihon University in Tokyo on a Japanese government scholarship awarded to only 5 people per year, and lived 10 years in the US on an O1 visa for citizens of extraordinary ability.
His work has been exhibited in Japan, Brazil, Colombia and the United States, and worldwide since 2017 with the release of his documentary, Beyond Food.
